Metro Fire will design, install and periodically inspect your kitchen fire suppression system to ensure the highest level of fire protection.
We will only service kitchen systems that are UL 300 compliant. Systems that use dry chemical or do not comply with the UL 300 standard may pose an immediate and serious safety concern for your establishment. We recommend replacing out-dated systems immediately to avoid increased damage and liability in case of fire.

UL 300 & Regulatory Requirements:
All kitchen fire suppression systems manufactured after 1994 must comply with the UL 300 standard to account for increased commercial cooking times and temperatures. Dry chemical kitchen systems have been replaced with wet systems to accommodate hotter and longer cooking times.
